ALA asks Congress to ensure BTOP implementation continues

The ALA today sent letters to leaders in the House  and Senate, expressing how critical it is for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to have the resources to continue oversight and implementation of the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP).
