ALA joins Electronic Privacy Information Center in complaint against Facebook privacy changes

The American Library Association recently joined the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) and eight other privacy and consumer organizations, in filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) charging that Facebook’s recent changes to user privacy settings violate federal consumer protection law.
