Carrie Lowe, director of the Program on Networks for the ALA Office of Information Technology Policy, will participate in a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) workshop tomorrow as part of a panel discussion on the future of E-rate.
The panel is part of the FCC’s initiative to gather information from key constituents to develop the National Broadband Plan.
