Applications and detailed guidance for the Broadband Initiatives Program (BIP) and the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) are now available on the Broadband USA Web site.
On July 31, applicants will be able to apply for a grant using an electronic intake system. The use of this system is required for applicants requesting more than $1 million in assistance.
The deadline for application submissions is 5 p.m. ET on August 14, 2009.
