You may have heard reports today that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was a done deal. Today, the Senate announced that they had reached an agreement, but no Representatives from the U.S. House of Representatives were there for the press conference. In fact, Speaker Pelosi has indicated that no deal has been reached at this point in time. Then, news reports said that a deal has been reached and that a vote may happen as early as tomorrow. Please keep those calls going into Congress until the vote actually happens.
